Need help. I cant find any way to get my clutch off...
Its been a while since I worked on my cart but with it getting warmer I tried to switch out the primary clutch and it wont come off no matter what i try. I even got a clutch puller and I cant get it to turn to start pushing the clutch off. And now its stuck on there and wont come off... I need some help. Idk what else to do

If you can, fill the hole with some oil then the bolt. When you tighten the bolt the hydraulics will help push.

Definitely a 3/8 impact and try some WD 40 or pb blaster on the crank shaft. Mine was pain to get off also.

An impact may be necessary. I've never tried it without one, but I'm sure it would be a challenge. Is it the store bought remover, or did you make one?

You do have the rod in the hole correct??? I also have not removed one with out an impact because holding the clutch in one position will be tough.
