Default 89 ezgo problem

Thank to this site i got my cart going it works great but now after it been driven it seems like its getting to hot and breaking down no power and don't want to move any ideas?

Check to make sure you are not having a sticking brake cable that slowly adds breaking to the wheels after you use it.
