1998 club car ds .22 inch tires rub and 20 inch tires look small under a 6 inch lift . Any tricks to keep the 22s from rubing ?

Are you sure that it is a 6 inch lift...22's should fit easily...4 inch lift will rub...

I've put 22" tires on several DS's with a 3" lift and they cleared. I have had to tweak the front spring a little forward on the drivers side to clear the air box on some. Admittedly we were using "street tread" tires.

They are 22x11x10 tires and sound like they rub while turning sharp only when the tire pressure is low. The tires look to have plenty of room . Perhaps 22x10x10 or 12 is the answer?

It sounds like they may be rubbing the rear inner liners, not the fenders or the frame. Take a look and I bet you'll see the rub marks. Wheel spacers, different offset wheels or keeping the air pressure up might fix you up.
