Cool conversions

My son is currently trying to put a Honda 250 Recon 4X4 engine and tranny into an older EZ-Go gas golf cart. Any suggestions? This is his first. He is mechanically inclined and can put back together anything he tears apart.

Thanks:

First off the recon only comes in 2wd. I would suggest he try to use the rearend and swingarm from the 4-wheeler. It will take alot of fabrocating but would be really trick when finished. Anyway good luck with project!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the response. I used the term 4X4 to suggest a 4-wheeler. Out here in GA. we refer to our four wheelers as honda 4X4's. Sorry for any misunderstranding. The golf cart has a swing arm. I will see if it can be modified to work with the honda system.
