Default 2012 G29 Battery Indicator Wiring

Hi BGW!

First time posting here but I've been lurking in the shadows for about 6 months. Unfortunately for me I'm not very savvy with the electrical schematics I have found nor with anything that isn't a 12v circuit.

Below is a link to the battery meter I purchased in the 48v flavor. I would like to install it so that the meter only draws power when the switch is "ON". I've seen a couple of installs across the web where the meter has 3 poles but the meter I purchased has 4 Poles and I can't seem to find any similar. Any help would be appreciated.

My advise is... send it back. Those bar style meters are junk and inaccurate.
Get one from carts unlimited, who is a site sponsor.
You will need to tap into the red and white wire on the key switch for it to only be on when the key is on.
