how old is your 6 battery set up? and what kinds of distances were you seeing with your old battery set up just out of curiosity? |

Re: RXV switching to Lithium
The setup is about two years old because I called the dealer a few months ago to check the warranty which was 18 months and I had bought them 19 months ago . I have 6 trojan t875's and have never really impressed with the setup. Idk if something on the cart drains them or maybe im expecting too much from them or maybe my battery gauge on the cart isnt accurate. Also I just ride around my neighborhood and never get below about 60% before getting it back home but I can probably go 10-15 miles before i get that low but I never really track the miles but I need to.

Re: RXV switching to Lithium
man that's a bummer! I currently run 4x12s but had thought about 6 t875s for more distance but might go with 6 ranger 160s now that im hearing that. would like to go with lithium but I may just hold off for now and go with LA

Re: RXV switching to Lithium
ive seen this thread, good stuff.
so I contacted the seller yesterday they are out of both the 105 and 160s and said they would not be back in stock until July. he also said they have installed several on RXVs as well. Im hoping I can hold off long enough for them to come back in stock. Im really wanting the 160AH. if my pack drops out before then I may have to go with a standard set of LA and just replace them after they give out. |

Re: RXV switching to Lithium
The 160ah is lot bigger than the 56 & 105ah. I found this:
http://www.apexgolfcarts.com/48Volt1...cleBatteryPack They may have 160ah |

Re: RXV switching to Lithium
$300 shipping from California.
If the company in Georgia had them in stock I could just drive down and pick it up. the price between the 2 units is $400 from the 105ah and the 160ah. I would rather have the 160ah |
