Alright I have changed oil, new air filter, new spark plug, and new fuel filter. The problem is still there. Do you think it could be a manifold problem? When I lift the seat it does sound loud. I am wondering if it were crack would losing back preassure cause it to do this.

The only thing I can think of is that these engine do not have a pvc value to release preasure on the value. The g2 has a hose running from the value back to the breather and this is where the oil is comming from.

You were right the wieght is broken. I read on another post that you replied to that the stock yamaha primary clutch is better than the Comet 94c. I already have a Jakes power clutch on. The take off is night and day difference than the stock. I guess this is what put the strain on the primary.

I have replace the clutch wieght and had no problem doing so. The cart has ran great until last night. My son thought it was out of gas so I put some in it. He got back on and it would not crank. So I took the plug out and it was soak in gas. I thought it had fowled out so I replaced it. It still will not crank. How would I know if I am not getting enough fire? When I take the plug out and put it on the engine it barely sparks. What do I need to do next?

Thanks, Jay
