Default G8 rear end

I got this G8 a wile back it was all apart when i got it the motor was out of it, the rear end was out and wile messing with it i found out that the bearing is bad i quess, how hard is it to fix this, I have no problem fixing it just dont know where to start,and if u look at the axel tube someone welded it but the axle spins good

and on the back plate of the brake drum u cant read it in the video so here it is--JN3-F7280-5034A52821-RH-- if that helps

Here's the motor that goes in that G8 I got some work to do, the motor spins by hand but not all the way around it will only spin so far and stop and then u have to spin it back the other way,it spins smooth, I think the vavles are stuck from the looks of the carb, but will see when I take it apart, I'll take a video of the whole think, how can I tell what size motor this is

open it up & have a look I had one apart they are not so bad to fix


I have one for parts & a complet G8 rear end

the c clip on the shaft seems to be finished you will need a spacer to fix that

as far as the engine goes remove the clutch open the side cover you probably have a broken balancer inside

Thanks for the info---I've built alot of motors just never had one of these apart yet I'll check that out,
on the rear end, I remove the axle first and then the axle tube, remove the clutch, when i split the case is all the gears going to fall out or will it stay in place

This is what I was looking at a lot of parts in there,so number 2 is my problem, and you said there's a C clip on that shaft # 27,--- Thanks --

Yea I was thinking the samething I don't like that welded one, Well see what it looks like when I get it apart,--I'am going to take a video of the hole thing, Thanks I'll get back to
