g1 serial#
i am trying to find the exact year of my g1 but under the rear bumper on each side there is a small riveted plate where the # should be but it is blank. any ideas on how to find the rear would be very helpful thank you

This is where you are looking ??--the numbers are stamped in the frame, it cant go anywhere unless it rusts off

is it stamped into the frame itself or is it stamped on a metal plate and then riveted on

They are Stamped in the frame, very hard to see-- not on no plate--can not be removed
