Angry ramp shoes on a g16

hey yall i need to replace the ramp shoes on my yamaha golf cart 1998..... ive done got the replacement parts, all i need now is to get the bolt loose on the secondary clutch... i have done sprayed all kinds of lubricating oils on it and nothing happens... can any one tell me how to take it off or what can i do

I use a propane torshe & heat up the aluminum a bit

they are held on with blue lock tight

yes i have tried an impact wrench but that would not even budge it..????? ive also tried wedging something in it but that didnt work either

A 1/2" impact ought to take that right off? Maybe someone else can help you out...

frenchy has it right, heat the bolt in stages and then the impact.
