Default 95 gas cc won't start

My cc would stall, so I checked the rev Limiter and it was bad. i removed brown wire and it ran just fine. Then it seams the motor is running backwards when I shut it down. Today it won't start. Can I get a little help??????
Thanks,
Dale

there is no fool proof way to test coil.....i will give you my opinion its a 95 with no spark? you have the coil the ignitor and rpm limitor.....3 major componants.....then you have the sparkplug and the sparkplug boot wire.....if your certain the plug and boot are good i would lean towards the ignitor/rpm limitor, the coils on that year are almost bulletproof....that dosn,t mean they don,t go bad but the ignitor/limitor go bad much more often and just like the coil theres no way to bench test them either......club car tells you to put new parts in and if that cures it leave parts in............................

Thanks Shadow
I was thinking about changing the coil for 96 or later coil ( they say there better) I don't know. The rev limiter went south a couple months ago. So I kind of thought ignitor. I will get the numbers off the motor and get ignitor .
Thanks for the help. I'll post the outcome.

Is there any way to save money on parts? I was going to check with JOHN DEER and a lawn mower place here. I know golf cart parts are marked up a lot.

Received my ignitor yesterday and installed it today. works like a champ. Thanks Shadowman and all. I do want to pass along a little something. I priced the ignitor at many dealers and found many prices, one was $150.00 I got this one for $35.00.
Shop around !!!
And the install was no fun.
