Default Step 1 to Repair Saggin

I have a 95' Medalist (I think - I'm sure it's a '95 from the plate and it has a metal body but it has a electric dump bed and I've been told that means it's not a medalist but anyway) that is sagging on the driver's side. It has font leaf springs and coil springs in the rear. It also has shocks all the way around.
What would be the first step in fixing the problem? New leaf springs, coil springs, shocks or all the above?

Any help that can be offered will be greatly appreciated.

You could have any of this, either bad leaf in the front or bad coilover shock in the rear. Can you tell which seems to be wore, bad, or damaged compared to the other side? My 02 Ezgo leaned on the driver's side which appeared to be in the rear but actually ended up being a bad/misaligned coil over shock on my dual arms in the front.

If you can't figure out what is bad, swap things from side to the other one at a time until you visually see the problem.

Okay, I think I uploaded the pic correctly. This is the cart when I first got it. She has since recieved new tires, front lights, a cleaning and a camo paint job but still she is ugly.

I took the four shocks off with the intention of trading sides but I don't think any of them are any good. I can open and close them by hand effortlessly.

I AM going to swap the rear springs from one side to the other. I think it's just a matter of jacking up the body once the rear shocks are off....right?

The cart is a gx_ 804 Tuff1. I have one of them. It's a Marathon based cart but there are differences in the frame and body.
cuzky, your dealer is smoking crack... The shocks don't move freely, they must be forced to move. if they did (move freely) there would be no point in having them. they work exactly the same as a small car/truck

I didn't use the phrase ( move freely ) I should have said not as stiff as an auto. And I can move the new ones by hand.
