u all said put smaller belt on my 1988 ezgo 244cc it wound climb hills better i got a 23557 gi on it no the lady selling them didnt want to sell me a smaller belt said it wound tar...... something up u all said go with a 22337gi rite let me no something thanks

"We all" didn't say this that i'm aware of.
I've never used a shorter belt on a 2 stroke cart.
matter of a fact I haven't had a 2stroke cart for 20 years.
While I know others have done this, I don't keep track of what they do to their carts. I have a hard enough time keeping up with all of mine.

I put a shorter belt on an 89 & 84 2 stroke. Don't no what size they were, just took my old belts in and got one slightly shorter. Worked great, good luck.
