I opened my medium springs today and they are certainly thicker than the stock springs... Interested to see how they handle once installed.

Yep,Dual-Rate springs are usually the best answer,no matter what application(cart,truck,etc...),since the variable-rate gives a nice ride empty, and loaded.

Did you end up getting them from CPP?

I put the HDs on the back of my 2000-TXT when put the 6" Jakes and Back seat on.

It's not a real stiff ride, but it's certainly not Caddy'esque.

I will say, that with the lift, the springs are almost flat @ height / without a load.
Thus, probably not a lot of flex, it's acting more as a solid axle.

I also put brand new bushings on the leaf spring shackles, and the shock mounts so that stiffened things up a bit. BUT, it's dead quiet and I'm not worried about bottoming the back end out.
FWIW.

I have pics if you wanna see

I like them. Sure, they ride rougher than stock, but with a rear seat or cargo box you need the extra support. I think they are a nice compromise between support and ride quality...
