Change Username from email address.

This probably isn't the right section to ask this question but I couldn't find out where to! I just want to change my username from my email address. Thanks.

Also how do i setup where I will get a notification or something if someone replies on a thread I have either started or commented on?

It should be automatic, you should be getting emails for each thread reply.

Go to User CP in the upper left, then click Edit Options from the column on the left of that page.
Make sure notifications are set to Instant email.
