Default What cable needed for Alltrax DCX programming

Just want to make sure I purchase the right cable. Looking at the Alltrax site I need a Rs232 to USB adapter? Is there anything specific I'm looking for besides that?

Something like this:

Thanks

You have it right. Depending on your computer, adapters can be a bit funny. But yes, the RS232 adapter normally works. If you have problems, let me know and I'll work you through it.

Is this a high price to pay for a cable (This is in Canadian funds)? I don't mind paying a little more to avoid shipping, exchange, duties and a cheap cable.

Thanks
