Well he hosed you but even If you loose the dispute and eBay will research it so don't worry, it still is a good price. In the meantime you have two great sponsors that replied and they can help you.

It wasn't a purchase from eBay. It's all up to my Credit Card company I guess. Doesn't seem like a good price to me. By the time I buy batteries and everything else that's missing I could not get my money back if I sold them.

I don't know why they would do that when you can buy them complete for that needing batteries. These don't even have chargers.

You typically can't buy a Precedent for that price even with no batteries unless they were destroyed in the first place, besides even if you did these guys here want to hop these things up, they end up replacing the motor, controller solenoid and a wire harness cost only a $100 or so. So this is an awesome deal IMO! Seriously, I know I would of jumped on them unless they were totally trashed body's and all. Basically when I'd done I'll replace all that was stolen from yours, so some advise take it however you want, Dispute the heck out of the deal and come win or loose, sell one and build the other. Otherwise If you were trying to make a quick flip, then that isn't going to happen at this point, let it be a lesson and hopefully If that was your intentions you can break even or pretty close it it.

I did dispute it and I'll make the best of it whatever happens. I just wanted to get an idea of how much all the parts that are missing are going to cost me so I could pressure the seller some tomorrow. I don't care about a quick flip. I was going to lift one and use it myself and my buddy wanted the other one for his wife to take the kids to school on. I've passed several in the same price range lately that needed batteries because I wanted the IQ drive system and 8 volt batteries. These take the 8 volts so I bought them. They were supposed to be complete with chargers and they are stripped without chargers. I won't lose sleep over it but I sure hate being lied to.

Batteries $730, controller $400-500 depending on type, battery cables $150-200, harness $110, solenoid $100, plus $100-200 of other items you may be missing. Explain what you wanting to do and I'm sure the sponsors will help quote a price but do it directly with them in private messages or phone call etc.

That all adds up to more than its worth and you left off the $300 charger. I've already been talking to Tahoe and he's going to fix me up as soon as I figure out what the seller is going to do.
