Resize it before you send it on your end. Can you test the throttle signal. remove the brown and blue wires from the control and plug a test lead into each wire end. Operate the pedal - you should get close to 0-5k.

Theres a chance I may have spun the A1 lug too far... Would that cause this? Still getting continuity between a1 and a2 though

Also, ive currently got the green (half speed reverse) wire from the fnr disconnected... It seems the most i get from connecting it is a pop sound from around the solenoid.

Voltage reads 36 range... But could it need a charge?

A spark on a post would indicate a loose or poor connection.
