Muddog, On my cart there isn't anything much factory left so my lengths may not be close to yours but they do match up to Swan's for his situation.
I tired to find the thread that the talk about moving batteries was going on but that was back in 07/13 and couldn't find it. but all the cables do run on the outside and mine matches the drawing

It takes 12.8 feet to do the battery pack including the main positive and main negative cables, I sell them all the time. It's one of the most popular sets I sell on ebay.
This includes 5 x 15' pack wires, 1 x 38 and 1 x 41 for the main terminals.

You are missing the motor cables and FNR, but more importantly, how about the OBC?

yes, 5 times 15 inches.

And I wasn't missing anything. I said it takes 12.8 feet to do the battery pack with the main positive and negative cables. The other wires I have not made any recently thus don't have on hand to provide an exact measurement.
However if memory serves I think (THINK, not KNOW) that the others were 4 x 48 inch, 1 x 16 inch and 1 x 12 inch (it may have been 2 x 12 inch) But this is from memory from many, many months ago so I am not sure that those are exactly correct.

You say You are not missing anything, but yet you only have 2 main cables.

Are You suggesting not running the main negative cable through the OBC?
