90 club car ds wont pull an incline
Just got done with a 90 club car ds rebuild, put in new batteries and it runs fine on flat ground but slows to a crawl on an incline. Can not find the problem, help needed !!

Have you fully charged your batteries? What voltage is your pack dropping to while you are attempting to climb your inclines, and how steep are the inclines? Your pack voltage should be holding up somewhere near to 42 volts while climbing; I've got some really steep hills and sometimes see 41.X volts for a few seconds...

Took all connections apart and cleaned, found that the speed controller arm was not going all the way to the top. Adjusted linkage on foot petal and all is good now. Glad it was a simple fix. TKS
