The belt might be to tight and won't let it slip at idle
The club cart cluth is got a low rpm engagement so the spring will help u out |

Make a muffler fit, as all car muffler or even a stock motorcycle muffler will work

Alright, so I will pick up the spring, thanks for the part number, and look at ideas for the exhaust and maybe a new/bigger belt. Thanks for all the help, I'm sure it wont be the last time.
