Jakes Shifter install

let me get some measurements sat afternoon and there my be a way to mount the stock shifter that will allow the jakes to bolt up with clearance
your seat looks to sit 10½" is that correct ?

OK. After looking at your pdf Crash I think I understand now. The trim piece does not TOUCH the floor. Ok, that changes everything. Even if I have to trim it a bit to accommodate the existing bottom "trim" on the body that would be no big deal. Thanks for helping me understand this! Thanks for your help. I got this now.

with you having to drill the holes anyway i think going lower would be better , then you are low enough for stock f/r switch and for adding jakes later


you can have the jakes shifter on floor with no problems

That is a nice diagram Crash. Did not know until tonight that the floor shifter actually rotates the existing FNR switch. I'm glad I saw this post, and with your help, now I won't have the switch in the wrong place, AND that hole showing above the shifter!

Would you ask this girl you do.... I mean know, how much for the red one? I'm going for black exterior and red interior.
