Questions about 94 FE290 motor

1. What is the little port on carburator below idle adjustment screw ? Is there a hose supposed to be connected to something? 2. I checked the compression on motor , it is 151 ,is this good? This forum has helped me out on this 94 DS, have learned a lot , I thank you all.

The port you are talking about is the over flow drain, connect a hose to it and let hang below the engine. Your compression is ok as in good.
