Did you ADJUST the ITS per the procedure for setting? where the core goes into the coil??

Yes I did. When I first installed it the rod was coming out the back of the ITS so I used the drill bit method and adjusted it. Everything seems fine when you first press the pedal but once its all the way down is when the controller starts flashing red. Also when you first press the pedal the cart jumps and wants to take off but then slows. |

So, after looking at this a little more I was testing the output from the controller to the ITS. When I put my meter direct on the controller pins for the black and white I get 10.15v but once I plug in the ITS cable to the controller and put my meter on the back side of the connector I only get 6.10v. I am assuming the connector is bad.
Thoughts? |

I finally fixed it!!!
I replaced the ITS control cable and I am back up and running. Thanks for all the help everyone. |
