2005 EZ GO TXT Rear Bearing Issue?

I have a 2005 EZ TXT. Today it was towed home because when you push the gas pedal you get no movement from the wheels but you do get a loud roaring or revving sound. Would this be a bearing issue or something else?

Typically this could be a spun hub. A spun hub is identified by seeing the axle nut spin when the wheel won't turn. Bearings and seals and axles can also be damaged in this situation, you need to take it apart and see what the damage is.
