TXT battery meter not working????
I installed an LED battery gauge on my txt before winter. Since I have installed it, it has always stayed at the top of the bar gauge (full) and blinks. I have yet to ever see it move even after using it for a long weekend. I don't think it should be flashing all the time either. I ordered it from one of our site sponsors and I know the directions that came in the package were very vague... anyone know what I may have done wrong???

Re: TXT battery meter not working????
Is it a two wire or three wire meter?
If the Switched lead and B+ lead on the 3-wire type are reversed, it will reset every time you turn on the key switch, so it'll think whatever the battery voltage at when the key was turned on is a "Full Charge" |
