If you can settle with a few MPH slower you can do a lot with that cart. If money is no object you can get those speeds but you will spend more than I care. I am 36v series motor, 22ish tires with 8:1 rear gear and I can get 22-24 MPH on flat pavement. If you did what I did and went 48v you could regain some torque and get more speed. BTW I didn't lose much seat of the pants torque than I thought I would. Unless I'm starting on an incline. Add a 200 lbs game on the back and you will want torque.
You said what you want but not what how far your willing to go.
