Test ride with the GPS showed 11mph. Turned the governor screw all the way in and 16mph

I may try taking off the governor. I think it is fast now. Can't imagine doing 30

My cart had the govern removed also after rebuilding the motor and testing driving it I would not let grand kids or wife drive it. End up adjusting cable so it would not open all the way to max speed. Any thing over 25mp to me is to fast for safety, specially if you atemp to make a sudden sharp turn.

Just got done opening the hole up in the arm. I have to go for a eye exam and when I return I will give it a run. Got to show you guys what else goes on around here. One of the members here has a cart that would match my truck

Wow, some really cool vehicles! I advanced the timing on the one I had, cut the head, worked on the porting a little, worked on the clutches some, etc.

have some questions for you

Due you still use the oil injector system? are the oil lines still attached to carb or not?

due you think the fuel pump is stock? can you see the arrows on the pump?

G1 used a type of vacuum system to work the fuel pump. Note if you doe not have very good oil seals there is no way a G1 motor will never work correctly.

fuel lines ---this information is out of the G1 repair manual ---

1) line running from left side of pump to the back of block ( under the carb to the fuel pump) this is a vacuum line

2)the line to the fuel tank to pump tie in at bottom of pump.

3)line from the top of fuel pump to carb.

please posting some pitchers of your would relay help.
DO u mean DO instead of due
