Is the governor completely removed on your '91 CC? I'm just wary of removing mine because I may let other people drive the cart from time-to-time and don't want to end up with a blown motor.

He's got a '91 CC, pretty sure it's KF82.

On a good note, my new-to-me driven clutch (which RSP sold me) is currently down at CPP in GA getting machined and the torque spring put in. So I hope to have it next week. Tom said it was going to ship back out tomorrow.

I just removed the driven clutch on my `98 Club Car and it practically fell off. I need to switch to a new pulley and a 1 3/16 EZGO type belt, which meant the pulley coming off was a must. I was fairly concerned about it after reading this thread but it went fine. I've been in your shoes many times before though. Removing seized pullies and sprockets can be a humbling experience.

Thanks for the post I have a Carryall in the shop that has a toasted driven clutch. Took the bolt out, but that thing won't budge! PB blasted it today and will do it again tommarrow. With this posts help, at least I know what to do and what NOT to do. Wish me good luck!
