Rather unclear. What do you mean by "stop moving". Is it running but won't move? Or engine can't start?

Not really any tricks. I'd suggest finding a copy of a service manual if you aren't familiar with typical axle/hub setups, but it's a matter of taking off the brake drum and shoes, remove the bolts to the hub, slide out axle. The axle attaches to the rear differential with the splines, but no circlip. The hub actually holds the axle in. I'm wondering if you may have broke something in the differential? Slide both axles out and inspect. Take pics.
