Another jerking cart

I've got a 2006 CC Precident that's jerking at all speeds, forward and reverse.
No clicking noises that I can hear. It's not a major jerk, but I'm sure it's not good for the motor. The motor part number is EJ4-001 if that helps. There's also a motor controller, DCX Nivel 594 down there.
One guy told me it sounds like it could be the speed sensor.
Thoughts????

By speed sensor, i assume you are referring to the tachometer on the end of the motor. In a nutshell, NO, a DCX controller ignores the tach sensor. I have heard of, and seen messed-up MCORs (throttle sensor) cause this. Is the problem only at initial acceleration? Also, i have seen an Alltrax be a jerk if the diode is not installed on the solenoid small terminals. I would check for the diode first, it only costs about $5, an MCOR is a whole lot more $$.

No,it's not during acceleration. It's all the time.

Ok, I changed the speed sensor but no change. What's next, throttle sensor?

Guessing mcor, there are ways to check it posted elsewhere. Also you could pull it out and see if cleaning terminals helps. New mcor about $150

Could very well be the MCOR. Someone on here upgraded their Precedent recently to a MCOR 4 from a 3 and it solved all their problems...

I would also check your batteries. I've had Precedents start jerking a bit when the pack started to go south.

Underneath cart on the passenger's side. Little black rectangular box...

I pulled the two plugs (the 2 pin was stuck pretty good). Also worked the pedal rapidly for 5-10 seconds with key off, per one recommendation, and cart works great with no jerking at all.
This cart was not being used much when I bought it, and I know not using electrical components is not good. So I'm assuming that the lack of use had something to do with my problem?
Hopefully, with good PM, such as keeping battery proper water levels (with DI water), and fully charged, I can have a happy cart for years to come.
I guess when what I've tried above fails to work any longer ill replace MCOR.
Any other PM that I should be doing?
