Yep, heres 2 tips...
-If you can find a short 12mm wrench, Get it.
-take the lid off the airbox, that extra 1/4" space between the airbox and gas tank will be handy.

dbmachine,

I had to drill 5 holes in the side of the airbox, trim some plastic in the lid, and cut the throat off of the airbox.

I did notice that the cart was louder after the mods, most likely due to the increase in intake noise. Honestly though, I didn't notice all that much increase in top end, but the throttle response seems a bit crisper.
Sandbagger,

You are right the engine is louder, it reminds me of my arctic cat 4 wheeler, but did you notice after instillation if you stomp on the accelerator, some hesitation? I cleaned the carb, installed the jets and adjusted the Idle screw as the instructions say to do.

I actually adjusted that several different times and still have the same result, if I ease in to the throttle it does just fine, its when I put it straight to the floor I notice a little hesitation about half way in to it.

Its still a quiet machine, just the engine is a little louder, I clocked mine on my GPS at 26MPH going down hill, easily goes 25mph, and with the jet kit, it definitely does not back fire.

And actually, with larger tires, wouldn't the RPM actually go down??

The only time the RPM would increase would be from deleting the governor, and most of the time, I don't operate this thing where I can run it wide open, so any suggestions as to why the Jet kit is necessary?

Its installed in mine now anyway, another $80 dollars spent,

Did you notice a great deal of power increase or was it a waste of 80$??

It is more peppy, don't think it was a complete waste, however, the speed before and after is the same, just has more pep, louder engine, and does not backfire.
