Default How the G1 roof opens....

Has anyone changed the way the roof has to flip up to get to the engine compartment? Mine will not open in my shop... Have to either take it off or work on it outside. Wanna keep it on for now so that suggestion wont help.

I don't think I've seen very many G1's with the stock top on it here. Most of us either never had it to begin with, or have removed it. But I've seen what they look like opened up, and yeah, it gets up there pretty high.

Guess you're going to have to raise the ceiling height in your shop now..... LOL

I agree with Slo...

My G1 has a Club Car windshield and roof - rear supports detach and windshield supports roof while body is up
