2000-g-16 ?
Long story short, Yesterday while backing cart outta shop, noticed spot of oil on floor, checked found dip stick half way out. After clean up and half quart oil, drove cart around back 40 and rechecked. Stick while in seems to easy to feel comfortable with. Step down on stick appears fine. Any one else run across this? Coulda been bad had I not noticed. Time for new one?Paul

Re: 2000-g-16 ?
If your talking about the stick pulling out to easy and not sealing, I put a piece of shrink tubing around mine to help keep it in place.

Re: 2000-g-16 ?
Thanks for both your answers. I,m 76 years young and not sure what this shrink wrap you speak of is, can you explain? Would be easy to buy new but same thing could happen. Is this something that requires other special tools to install,or would 40 mile trip for new one be the thing to do? Thanks, again,Paul

Re: 2000-g-16 ?
Shrink wrap or tube is a tube used to seal and protect wire connections, it slips over the wire, and shrinks tightly to the wire when it is heated.
