Barrette Ive got the same cart and doing the exact same, but not sure if ill paint the frame yet. As for the engine i cant help you there im not mechanically inclinded. Im trying to get as much help as possible. What i am liking is the mixing of gas since my cart is a 2 stroke but do not know what to mix it at, and it being minus 10 in my garage its cold working on it. Im going to use my cart for hunting and get me from point A to B.Good luck to you hope to post a couple when im around to getting a piture of it.

That part is a "boost bottle"; it is calculated to the size of the cylinder and helps with bottom end performance on a two stroke motor. If you search the web there is a lot of information out there on them. Mine is actually removed since I am not running the OEM carb any longer and I am thinking of building one and adding it back into the intake system.
