Default Re: 2007 TXT 36V Not Charging

Thanks everyone!!

Golf Cart guy is right......those are a piece of junk.

Anyway. I used my handy dandy multimeter and checked to see if

1. All batteries had more than 6 volts - check
2. The system had slightly over 36 volts going - check
3. The charger was actually getting juice to the batteries - Nope

I will be going on Amazon and ordering the new charger in about 5 minutes.

The Accusense DPI 36v charger will serve you well.

I welcome constructive advice not some letters and numbers configured to be some sort of inside joke because I was confused regarding the battery configuration.

If you can help me I would be grateful.

Thanks

I didn't see an inside joke. The numbers were the amount of batteries and the letters were either the model number or "v " which they used after a number to denote a size battery. If there was an inside joke I didn't catch it?

Make sure the outside of your radsocks ( the pins inside your the charge receptacle on the cart) are clean. Take a fine piece of sand paper and hit the outside of the one closest to the center of the cart. This will insure good contact with the sensing wire.
