Curtis 1204-027 Marathon A2?
I have a club car ds that is a SERIES golf cart. I converted it to a Solid state drive last year using a ezgo marathon 0-5k pot box that I was running a alltrax controller. In the cart I have a HD Solenoid and Reversing Contactor so nothing club car left except a series motor. I am selling the golf cart, so I purchased a 1204-027 curtis from a marathon. This is the same type of cart the pot box originally came out of.
My question is I have been following a basic series diagram to install it and I have nothing. When looking on a marathon wiring diagram A2 is also hooked up. Do I need A2 hooked up? Because I thought it was for a plug brake. I have 37.9 volts on the pack. My solenoid clicks. I have powered the controller from the solenoid activation circuit My 0-5k pot box is reading fine. I have B- to Ground on the pack I have B+ to Solenoid & Reversing contactor I have M- to A2 on motor I have Motor A1 to Reversing contacter I have Motor S1 & S2 to Reversing contacter Thanks Ryan |
