Default Club Car Precedent Rear Leaf springs

I just replaced the rear leaf springs on my 2007 Club Car Precedent form the single spring to the heavy duty spring with multiple leaf's. It seems now when i drive the cart the bracket that holds the break lines and goes under the spring is rubbing on the rim of one of the tires. keep in mind everything is stock and no lift kit has been put on it I added the springs because I added the back Seat and they recommended it. i tried adjusting the bracket but is seems there is only a small clearance between the tire and the bracket. Is there a bracket kit i should have bought? I also have found a 1 inch aluminum spacer that i can add to the tires that would push them out away from the bracket but not sure that is the correct thing to do.

any advise would be appreciated

thanks

I would check out the stickies up top. The 3rd one down is about Dave from Revolution Golf Carts reversing the mounting plates to move to the top of the
wheel hub instead of the bottom but I am a novice.
