Default MCOR TO MCOR4, what a difference

New batteries, speed magnet, etc... still could never get over 16mph.. Installed David's MCOR to MCOR4 conversion kit last night and was hitting 20-21 easy. Smooth pedal movement, best upgrade I've done. Big thanks to David at Revolution Golf Carts

what year and model cart do you have? Did you have the original mcor in the cart before this upgrade?

Is the cart completely stock?

2004 Club Car DS, purchased stock. I bought 6" AllSports A Arm lift kit, 23" tires and rims, speed magnet from David at Revolution (site sponsor).

I bought the car last year with 1 year old duracell batteries, they went to crap. Bought new Trojan T875 batteries and still couldnt get past 16 and it operated jerky plus had some torque issues. Replaced the original MCOR with the conversion to MCOR4 (took 20 minutes) and it now flys easily to 20 and handles hills like a champ.
