EzGo TxT Brakes question
I did a search and didn't find anything on this so wanted to post and ask.
Any good suggestions on upgrading the brakes or is it best to leave them alone? |

Re: EzGo TxT Brakes question
My TXT is running the mechanical disc brakes by Ausco. Easy bolt-on installation, greater stopping power, better pedal modulation. Great upgrade! Also eliminates the weak OEM splined hub/drums that seem to strip out regularly on EZ-Go carts. The setup is available from Carts Unlimited, a site sponsor.

Re: EzGo TxT Brakes question
Bigger tires leverage against your braking power & make the stock brakes less effective. Add extra seating and more passengers and you have significantly reduced the brake power. The cable disc brake system is an easy upgrade.
