Default Cart working when parked/new batteries now nothing

Ok I will try and make this short, parked cart a year ago, covered by tarp. Batteries where bad, just replaced all batteries, when I connected the batteries I did not notice run/tow switch was in run position and got a nice arch. Switched to tow position no arch. All I get is reverse beep when in reverse with key on or off.

I have bypassed the reed switch and made sure motor is not seized. I can hear the micro switch click but nothing beyond this.

Thanks for input and help.

Just so I know do you mean reed switch as in the solenoid mounted in front of the controller? If not you should try to jump the solenoid and see if it moves. The solenoid on a txt will go bad but I find it doesn't too often

The reed switch is located by where you plug in charger, so that cart will not move while charging.

Thank you the input, I will try jumping the solenoid.

Easy way to jump solenoid - connect both (big) cables on the same post. This bypasses the solenoid AND the solenoid trigger circuit as well as the controller trigger function. NOT a definitive solenoid TEST
