If you don't park your cart where there is danger of someone stealing your wheels ditch those lugs! They are prone to problems and stripping

Ok fellas, took wheel off and problem was castle nut was loose. Checked both hubs and splines look good and are not close to be stripped and brake pads look good as well. I Tightened the hell out of nut on drivers rear side put pin back in and no noise! Glad it was a simple fix.
