The 4 wire Molex, which activates the solenoid, and the ITS, which tells the controller how fast you want to go. If any of these four wires in the Molex has a problem, either the solenoid won't activate, or even if it does, the controller may not be getting the signal from the ITS.

I suggest reading more, and do real troubleshooting, rather than replacing random parts, which gets expensive.

Get a wiring diagram and trace all the switches in the solenoid activation circuit.

Had similar problem. I could open up the pedal switch box pull off the black wire and put it back on and the cart would jerk and roll a little about 4-5 times then nothing. Ended up replacing controller been fine since. Did the cart ever run right?

Cart never got right. Would like to make sure it's the controller before I buy one.

Attached is the solenoid activation circuit for the TXT48. If you have power at both ends of every red line and one F&R line then the solenoid should activate and the controller should be powered up (on) - ready to respond to a throttle command

I'm thinking I don't have -48 to the solenoid. I removed the blue small
Wire and ran a jumper from
This small post to negative battery when I turn key solenoid click but cart still
Didn't move
