Pedal box after wiring harness change. I did not notice the bent arm on the microswitch at the time.
Front suspension installed. Steering rack installed.
Installed Brake pedal, go pedal box and pedal, steering column, and mocked upper floor pan.
Axel and diff cleaned and painted. Diff oil changed and gears inspected. Fixed dent in diff cover. Inspected leaf springs. Installed rear portion of Steeneng lift kit.
Received a big delivery. Can anybody guess what its going to look like?

Replaced the front bearings. Found out they were shot when I put the wheels on

Installed the rear axle with new bushings. Put the wheels on and rolled it into the sun.

Put the new battery rack in with the seat frame. Installed the lower floor pan. Installed the replacement drivers side fender liner.

Installed a used PDS motor that I located. Will first test to make sure it works, then install a speed magnet to see if makes a difference. It came with a speed a speed sensor, but the cable was cut so I had to find the molex connector and make the other end that plugs into the controller. The one pictured came from my daily driver. Had to make a set of F1 and F2 cables. Depending how the motor runs I will either leave it alone, send off to PQ, or totally replace with one of ScottyB's new MOT-B3.

My Titan body kit came in two boxes. The body was in 1, and the lights and rivets etc where in a smaller 2nd one.

I don't think that is what is in all of those boxes... At least I don't see a huge box for the body anyways.

Possibly, seats etc?

That does appear the be a top in that big, long box.

Wait.... I do see that familiar gigantic box on that back pallet. - I stand corrected Kernal - there is indeed a body in one of those boxes.

Dash and splash guard installed. Ran PDS wire harness from controller area to dash. Mounted the turn signal assembly and started to run the harness.

Mounted the brake light switch and harness.

Installed the fuse panel, horn, reducer (already had it, so using it until it breaks and then will install and separate 12v battery). Finished running the harness for the lights.

Installed passenger side fender liner and started to connect stock Curtis PDS controller. Just going to get this thing working stock, then will swap over Alltrax controller from daily driver.

Next post will have some color to it other than black
