Battery Charger Hot to Touch
I just replaced all batteries and bought a new charger. The charger gets hot to touch after being plugged in for a couple of hours. By hot, I mean you couldn't pick it up and hold it. Below is a picture of the charger and the battery wiring. 36 volt 2008 Txt. Is the wiring right? Is it normal for the chargingIMG_1090.jpgIMG_1088.jpg

Re: Battery Charger Hot to Touch
I don't know much about that charger, but you are certainly running the wrong battery cables, automotive cables do not flow enough juice for your cart.
In my opinion, you need to change out those cables, and remove those felt/fabric pieces those will hold the acid and let it continue to corrode. You need to be running something like this http://m.ebay.com/itm/EZGO-TXT-Golf-...%257Ciid%253A4 |
