Well surprise to me. I wasn't able to work on the golf cart last night, but I did put it on charge to get a full charge as the batteries haven't been charged fully lately. Lo and behold, this morning the lights came right on... Guess I had wired everything correctly after all. Man, those LED head and tail lights are bright. I can see the "ight" at the end of the tunnel...

Okay, here is what I found out about my lights (never noticed before actually). If I flip the key to the lights I get nothing. I noticed that the F/R was in full upright or what I think is the neutral position. I move to the F position and press the gas pedal and the light come on and stay on. All works as it should. I do have the voltage reducer tapped into the key switch so it will be powered on when I have the key in the on position, or at least I thought I did...

Okay... odd question... so my controller is a FSIP 500a controller, the solenoid that is being used is a White Rodgers 586 906 Coil for 36V DC. CONT and when I look it up, I am seeing this as only being 200a. Should I go ahead and replace it now with one that is more compatible with the 500a controller? Would I have any benefits with it?
