Default 99 ds weekend rebuild

started with works worn out cart. main complaint was the rear seat broke of the cart. as they like to move many girls around(i've seen up to 7 on the cart) the boss said fix it.

got cart all apart and started to unbolt leaf springs. i forgot that i had cut the eyes off a spair set of springs and slid them in to make a "2 spring pack".
new 3 spring heavy duty springs went in.

as long as everything was apart also adressed poor speed and a growling sound from rear. growl was a bad motor bearing. poor speed was... dont know. put in another controler i had laying around and works good now, so i guess that was it.

Holy Crap!!! Was the paint even dry???!! You started at 9:18 and finished at 9:33 this morning and even had time for beer! A cart shop would go broke if they charged your actual hours [minutes!] on a job if you were the mechanic! Talk about a "git 'er dunnnne" work ethic.

Saved all the picks form Friday and Saturday, then posted when I could. Took about 4 hours (less in the dang front leaf spring bolts hadn't fought me). Thanks though.
