Default 92 ezgo no go curtis 1204 controller

Just pulled a 92 Ezgo (stock) home to start diagnostics. Ran fine one day, parked it. Next day a no go.

This has a Curtis 2104 controller. Will the diagnostic steps be similar to the ones used for the 1206 controller I have done before? Pot/throttle? M- B+, etc.

Seems good up to and past solenoid. Jumped from battery side of solenoid to B+ on the controller and still a no go. All conections/wire terminals seem solid.

Pot/throttle, .2 up to 7.45 ohm (DVM set at 20K)

Will see what you all have to offer and do more tests tomorrow.

Controller??? I downloaded troubleshooting PDF from Curtis for the 1205-1205 controller. Doing Test 4 for controller output, testing voltage out put between B+ and m-. Pedal up, voltage starts at 23.4 volts instead of instead of zero volts. Goes to full pack voltage when pushed to floor. Indications are bad controller.

Question is why would controller go? Drove cart one day. Parked it. Two days later cart would not move.

Any one have a good stock controller available?

Lady just bought another cart and wants to sell this one for what she can get out of it.
