2015 RXV EZGO Speed Adjustments
What is the easiest and cheapest way to adjust speed on a 2015 RXV EZGO electric cart?

I believe cart is all stock. Not sure exactly on how fast but know it could be faster. I starts out fast and levels out at a slower speed

Passkey and a Curtis handheld programmer will get you 19.5 mph. Passkey gets you 17.5 and the programmer will take that up to 19.5 mph. That's on a stock cart taller tires it will go faster. I have 205/65-10's and I'm getting right at 22 mph on a stock cart.
