Picture under the seat? I can't recall if 93 is solid state, or resistor.

Here's a picture of under the seat. If some could point me in the direction of a wiring diagram...not sure which one I should use from the stickies. Also I replaced all the battery cables (2awg), which other cables get replaced when I upgrade the controller to 500a

As far as replacement of cables, is it safe to assume that anything that is a #6 now I should replace with a #2

The controller limits the amperage flow to the motor as directed by the throttle signal device.

Yes, you need to replace all the high current cables.
